Refund Policy

All purchases made on AP Smart Revision, including premium plans and Nisk wallet top-ups, are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial plan periods, unused features, or unused Nisk credits.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (Spaced Repetition scheduling, AI-assisted quiz generation and tutoring, mock engines, challenges and multiplayer battles), all sales are final. Once a premium plan is purchased, the digital content is immediately accessible and utilized, making it non-refundable.

2. Nisk Credits & In-App Wallet (Vipani)

"Nisk" is a virtual in-app credit purchased through the Vipani wallet and used only inside AP Smart Revision (for example, to save a quiz to your personal library, unlock one official rank rebattle, buy practice sessions, Matrix passes or cosmetic themes). Nisk credits:

have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn for cash;
are non-refundable once purchased or once spent on an item or action;
are consumed immediately when used (for example, an official rank rebattle that you start and then exit is still counted and the Nisk is not returned).

Any Nisk credited back to your wallet by us (for example, if a spend fails on our side, or as a promotional gift) is provided at our discretion as wallet credit only, and is never a cash refund.

3. Technical & Payment Issues

If you have been charged but your premium features or Nisk credits were not activated due to a technical error, please do not worry. Contact us immediately with your transaction ID and registered email. Our team will verify the payment and manually activate your access or credits, usually within 24-48 hours.

4. Plan Expiry & Cancellation

Premium plans are prepaid and non-recurring, so there is no auto-renewal to cancel. Your premium access remains active until the end of the purchased plan period, after which you may choose to repurchase. No prorated refunds are provided for any remaining days of an active plan.
