1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AP Smart Revision application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Use License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Features

The app offers AI-powered tutoring features. Users may choose to use Google Gemini or OpenAI GPT models. Users are responsible for providing their own API keys, which are stored locally on their device for security. We do not have access to your API keys.

5. Premium Plans & Payments

• Plans: Certain features may require a paid plan. Current plans are Starter Pack (INR 99, 3 months) and Pro Master (INR 179, 6 months). Plans are prepaid, non-recurring and do not auto-renew.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR before checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. In-App Wallet (Vipani) & Nisk Credits

• Nisk: "Nisk" is a virtual in-app credit topped up through the Vipani wallet and usable only inside AP Smart Revision. It has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn for cash.
• Use: Nisk unlocks optional extras such as saving quizzes to your personal library, one official rank rebattle, practice sessions, Matrix passes and cosmetic themes. Nisk is never sold to grant unfair advantage (such as score boosts, answer reveals or extra time) in counted challenges.
• Non-refundable: Nisk purchases and spends are final. Any credit returned by us is wallet credit only, at our discretion.

7. Challenges, Battles & Leaderboards

The app includes challenges, real-time multiplayer battles, a global arena and leaderboards. When you take part, other users may see your public profile details such as display name, avatar, score, rank, level and premium status. Rankings are determined by our systems and our decisions on scores, ranks and results are final. Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, manipulate results or disrupt other users.

8. User-Generated Content

You may create quizzes, challenges and notes, including from text you type or from images, PDFs and documents you scan or upload. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, must have the right to use any material you upload, and must not upload unlawful, infringing, offensive or exam-leaked/copyrighted content. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content so we can provide the service (for example, generating a quiz or showing a shared challenge). We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, and not to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its automated/AI features.

10. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. AI-generated quizzes, answers and explanations may contain errors and should be verified. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes.
